Our Ability to Monitor and Maximize Quality

We believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility and VERGE IT recognizes that the ultimate measure of success is customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance (QA) is an important management control and is necessary to ensure that to-be-deployed software meets the needs and requirements of SeaPort-e stakeholders. Our approach includes specific action items designed to achieve continuous improvement.

For the SeaPort-e IDIQ, the Program Manager will lead and have responsibility for program quality at the contract level and the Task Manager will lead and have responsibility for task quality at the task order level. In all task orders, our Program Manager will address problem areas, will review reports and working papers, and will be responsible for and direct our client service team.

VERGE IT will implement a QA program for the SeaPort-e IDIQ that promotes continuous improvement of quality, reliability, and productivity. This means that an intensive effort will be made from the start to integrate performance improvement at every step in the program. This improved performance must satisfy goals of quality, cost, schedule, and meeting customer requirements.

At VERGE IT, quality assurance is not a process; it is the foundation of our management approach and everything we do, and is indicative of “our corporate commitment to service.”
